On Saturday evening May 28, 2011 we all hosted a dinner and an evening of worship and praise with our friends Pastor John de Mello and his wife Marian and his wonderful family from His House Of Restoration Church.
We all got together for a delicious dinner followed by a wonderful evening of music and tremendous freedom to worship in our sanctuary.
First, Pastor John de Mello opened the evening voicing the Lord’s Prayer in Hawaiian then, the praise team from His House Of Restoration Church played some of their songs and ushered us all into the presence of the Father. The young people and children danced and worshiped and had a great time with their lively songs. There was a real anointing and a tremendous flow of oneness. Daniel Oliveira came and voiced a blessing over that evening. He expressed the joy and appreciation for having such wonderful men and women of God worshiping with us.
For the second part of the evening, Hale O Nā Kāula band and worship leaders melted our hearts together as one. There were psalms and hymns and spiritual songs and a tangible love in the atmosphere. It truly was a magical evening of the Body of Christ coming together and a true expression of love for our Heavenly Father.
One of the highlights of the evening was when we all held hands at the very end and sang Hawai’i Aloha.
We would like to thank everyone from Hale O Nā Kāula, who made this evening happen, and to all our dear friends from His House Of Restoration Church for blessing us with their presence.
Much love and Aloha from both me and Dani!
